Inactive/ Zero Posters / Not logged In - Deletion Email

Today a modification installed over a year ago was brought back to life, unfortunately this means its old database went wild in sending some people emails thinking they hadn't been active for a while etc.

In the email it mentions deleting user accounts, dont worry, this will not happen
