so here we go
Tools you need
- Credit card or similar... i used the good old ucas card
- Warm-to-hottish water
- T-cut + cloth
First of all... make sure your badges are stuck on with sticky pads and not bolted on, or this will be quite useless for you! <!-- s:lol: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt="
First off:
- Pour the warm water over the badges you want to remove, this will soften the glue
- Use the card to slide behind the lettering, may need a bit of saw action...
- Try not to lever up the badges before you have cut through all the glue, as this my pull at your paint or force the letters to stratch your paint... so try to keep the letters flat as possible
- Once off, use more warm water and use the card again to scrape off as much of the crap as possible
- Crack out the t-cut to get rid of the last few dregs... dont use it too early and end up chomping your way through the laquer... take it easy lol
- Wash off the t-cut when your done, or it will make your car look crappy
- Bask in the glory <!-- s:ugeek: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_ugeek.gif" alt=":ugeek:" title="Uber Geek" /><!-- s:ugeek: -->

- Leave your car safely parked on your own driveway
- Wait patiently
- Some kind village pikey will screw driver them off for you within a few days
- Be disgusted with the vandalism...

mind you with a newer car its best debadging as with older cars no matter how much t-cut you use you still see where the paintwork has faded
