Oggy's Freshly Detailed White 207 GT

Havent posted in a while about the car, it was at pug the other week to have timing done, and as you can see from the picture below, the timing was 'just a tad' out haha runs so much better now though!Just for the record, those two 'metal plates' are the timing tool and when timing is correct they will sit flush together! Thanks to PC who did the work through pug!




Also, bought myself some custom lower strut braces, only 10 sets were made. See below for pic of them fitted onto a fellow 207...




Modifications to come are:
-Fit strut braces
-PCV Modification
-Forge recirculating valve and induction kit
-Remove pre cat or fit sports cat, undecided yet
-eTuners stage 2+ remap, should take me from 150bhp to somewhere between 205-210bhp i've been told

-Car was keyed, so is going to Xquisite Automotive in London to be sorted out and few other bits and bobs getting sprayed..
-Fog surrounds getting done satin black to match the black plastics as opposed to gloss which they are at the moment
-Rear badge & bolt covers getting done matte white
-Black centre caps getting put back on with matte white lions
-Front RCZ badge with chrome bits done in matte white
-Fitting black plastic grilles on the front as opposed to the current silver ones
-Fit rear mud flaps after Xquisite trip!


All this will be done over the next few months...Here are a few pictures from the last couple of months how it stands now though:

Hello all, s'been a while.



With a massive helping hand from PC, have managed to get the plans underway for this year...better late than never! Still some cosmetic work to be done and also some audio. Should be done by mid-June.

First off, fitted a custom induction. Throttle response is increased dramatically and the sound is awesome!

Out with the old..



In with the new..





Whilst the bumper was off, I had ordered some black front grilles to replace the oem silver ones, looks much better in my opinion:





Then I fitted the strut braces as mentioned above, big big improvement again. Definitely recommended and very easy to fit!

Picture below shows the original strut brace in comparison to ONE of the TWO strut braces provided. As you can see massive difference!

The fog surrounds had taken a beating throughout the winter and desperately needing re-doing:






As opposed to having them resprayed, I had them wrapped in 3M carbon by Maxey, he done a very decent job and I was soon to add these to the front of my car:









Then, went out with my mate in his F1 Megane Sport and two other mates (one on a Yamaha R6 and the other on a Kawasaki Ninja) took a few snaps!
