Custom Exhausts

OK... now Im after a custom exhaust place, one Ive been in contact this way (notts) doesnt seem interested! All I need doing is the exhaust tip removing and a new smaller one welded on at a different angle - only problem is they need to change the bumpers for me or have me hang around until the remove the old one to fit my new bumper (new bumper wont fit the current exhaust)

What youd cut off the existing exhaust tip and weld another one on for me?
