Main problem i can see is the size of the boxes cause a sub needs a certain volume of air to get optimum performance this is the prob with custom boxes. Also whats the thickness of the wood?

has to go round parts of the car. nope there not sealed boxes, and no i havent silconed it yea, that s the next thing to do silicone it all.

the wood is 12mm moisture resistant mdf with 2x2 regularised blocks with 50mm screws thru it all.

recommedations on wat to do???

tbh honest 18mm mdf would of been better. and filling with boxes the cotton stuffing stuff and port hole defo silcone it or a trick is to get mdf shavings and mix it with glue to form a paste then you can use it as a filler then sand of the rough surface and you can make it have curves etc so its not just all staright edges but they are just opinions its up to you
