decisions decisions decisions

righty as you all know i have a nice new car,
i want to upgrade all the speakers, components etc but I haven't got a clue what to go for,
i'll need:
A headunit,
Components,
Tweeters,
Rear speakers 6x9s prolly or whichever sounds best
maybe a sub I dunno

will be done on a budget but am in no rush to get it done so could save for better stuff

i would recomend JBL for the speakers.
I got 2 pairs for the skyline for £60 each- 3 way coaxial. sounded well good. i can get my hands on a 2nd hand sub and amp if u want mate

+1 JBL - balance of budget and quality in car audio, but JBL make fantastic equipment - I've got a 2.1 "Creature" system on my PC and it's pretty epic

The Mutant stuff's okay, the subs are pretty indestructable. I personally favor Vibe tbh.

Spend the money on the head unit, that's what does your processing. You can make a shite set of speakers sound pretty sweet with the right unit.

have you tried the new fusion/ipod headunit, its a awesome bit of kit mate, all the mags have rated it higher then alot of sony headunits
