Wire up a amp wiring kit to a standard Ford 6000cd Headunit... what do i need to do?

Yep, but you'll loose your rear speakers in the process and they're only any good for sub's. The quality's far too low to use normal frequency amps.
Vibe do a box of tricks to convert all four high level speaker feeds to RCA's - their Astra VXR demo car a couple of years ago ran 15 subs off the standard head unit.
