If Pacman had affected us as kids we'd be running around in dark rooms, munching pills and listening to repetitive music.

pull your glovebox down and out, and you will see the huge rubber bung:
Pull back the sound deadening, you can see the wires going in... i found it too difficult to either peirce the rubber or to get my cable in with the other wires... im also very lazy... so i put the wire through in between the bung and the hole...
and up into the bay...
onto the battery like so...
remember to keep the fuse out of the casing, and to disconnect negative (-) terminal of the battery before attatching the cable

i used one of the seatbelt mounts for the earth... removed the mount, sanded back the paint to expose the bodywork, putt in the earth, then put the mount back on...
put the box in etc etc... wire it all up, then put the fuse in, the reconnect your battery...

the strap seen her is 1 of 2, used to stop the box sliding across the boot.

the trouble is that you have put the wire through the side the big grommet and the hole in the bulkhead it will chaff through and cause a short circuit
the other problem is that the amp power wire is very close to vehicle wiring, the electronic systems in cars are very sensitive and any wires like that pulling alot of current cause a large electromagnetic field which could cause faults in your car electrical system (error codes on the ecu)

also DC current doesnt get transmitted across to other wires like AC, so inteference will be minimal, especially as my amp isnt all that massive either
