If the modifications are legal then they can still hit you with a fine/points etc for driving at excessive speed/driving in convoy/racing other motor-vehicles/performing stunts in motor-vehicles/sounding horns or playing radios/dropping litter

can crush your car for no tax disc, imagine they would go to town on you for racing uninsured with mods

how did you work out it voids the mot? they are two seperate things your car may not have its mods declared but as long as its not dangerous or unroadworthy the mot is fine... the police CAN NOT crush your car without a good excuse e.g no insurance... you ever get a cop tell you hes havin the car crushed or even impounded, you ask on what grounds im sure they will soon shut up if your cars legit

playin your stereo too loud thats breach of peace probly earn you an ASBO on your 50th time of being pulled for it.

driving in convoy deffinatley NOT if that was true the army convoys you see on the motorway would all lose their licences wouldnt they? you will get a section 59 despersal order which is what it says on the tin.


talkin to a copper up at hams the other night, on your typical weekend there is TWO traffic cars in the area usually patrolling the M42, the rest usually have to come quite a distance, the coppers supporting the traffic cars recently have been pander cars driven by a solo officer which if you know your law means they cant do nuffin cus if it goes to court its your word against theirs... this so called law theyve passed this so called order! isnt even active yet! and that is straight from the coppers mouth, infact it still in talks.. i gurantee you leave the place alone a month or so let the media hype die down and hams will be as good as new this happens every year but cummon itsd been going on years up there and has anything official ever been done? no so what makes you think this isnt yet anouther scare tatic to stop people cumin up... HHR will never die!

oh yer you can also be given your section 59 despersal for your WM car park meets or if their really in the mood they will give you all a lovley section 59 so if you do get a despersal (wich is an official move on) dont argue cus you could earn all your mates a 59 then you wont be very popular lol
